This chicken curry turned out so flavourful and yummy. It was perfect to dunk a piece of bread or have it with rice.

I tried this to road-test my first ever pressure cooker. Was lovely but I guess the green chilies I used were a little bit too strong – or my cup a little too big – phew, very hot! I enjoyed it but thought I would choke – with laughter at my other half dripping with sweat and with bright red ears! Will adjust so they turn just a light pink next time.

Love your blog very much – best wishes from London.

    Aarthi,
I have been using this recipe for last 2 years. I like cooking for my friends after our traditional volleyball Sunday! This is by far the easiest, quickest and best tasting chicken shaak we have ever tasted and we are Gujaraties! Thank you for sharing.
