    Ingredients for Eggless Pancakes Recipe

    Flour

I used a combination of plain flour and wheat flour. Using completely whole wheat flour will make the pancakes texture change a bit but still it will taste great.

    Raising Agent

A combination of baking powder and baking soda is used in eggless pancakes recipe. Changing the measurement will affect the texture. Baking powder cannot be substituted with baking soda. Both are entirely different.

    Milk

Use full fat whole milk. Milk along with egg and baking powder will give you soft pancakes. For dairy free option, you can use almond milk, soy milk.

    Sugar

For pancakes you don't need to use too much sugar. Since we will be serving pancakes with fruits, honey, or syrup.

    Melted Butter

I add melted butter or oil into the pancake batter. This is my secret touch for making the best pancakes with even colour on top. I don't add any fat to the pan when making pancakes. Using melted butter enhances the flavor of the pancakes.

I added a half cup of cottage cheese because the first one tasted a bit flat. I have often added a cup of blueberries and a half cup of cottage cheese for the extra protein. They were really good for an eggless pancake.
