Eggless Banana Pancakes Recipe



On my pancake list, here is another one..A yummy banana one, this has become my latest favourite..It was so nutritious with fresh bananas..This recipe is eggless so even vegetarians can enjoy..

These pancakes are so easy, you can whip them any time of the day. Great for busy mornings as well. You could make them with half whole wheat flour and half maida for more healthy pancakes. You could even add some chocolate chips for making it more tasty pancakes..Kids will love them for sure..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 1 to 2 mins per pancake
Makes around 10 pancakes

Ingredients:

Ripe Banana - 1
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup / 120 grams
Sugar - 2 tblspn
Milk - 3/4 cup to 1 cup / 240 ml
Baking Powder - 1 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Butter or Oil - 1 tblspn melted and more for frying pancakes
Honey for serving

Method:

Take banana in a bowl, mash it with fork roughly till it is chunky. 

Now add in sugar, milk, vanilla and mix well. 

Add in flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder and mix well.

Now add in melted butter and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan for frying pancakes, take a ladleful of batter and pour it over the pan. Let it cook for a min on one side till bubbles form on top. Flip over and cook for few more sec.

Remove it and stack on a plate.

Drizzle with honey and serve.

Take all your ingredients

Take peeled banana in a bowl

Mash it up with a fork, because i want it to be chunky..

Add in sugar

and some milk

mix well

add a touch of cinnamon powder

add in vanilla essence

add in flour

Add some baking powder

some melted butter

mix well
heat oil in a pan
take a ladleful of batter

Pour it in

let it cook till small bubbles appear on top

Flip over and cook 

remove it and stack on a plate



Place some sliced bananas on top

drizzle a good amount of honey or maple syrup

i can never have enough of honey

I love lots of them

    Instead of maida and sugar,u can replace with wheat flour and karupatti or sarkarai..it s healthy, also tastes so good..u can even add some coconut or rava..
