Tandoori Roti Recipe / Tandoori Roti on Stove Top

This one is similar to my naan bread, But it has no raising agent. It is normal chapati dough cooked like my naan bread. Love it so much. This is so healthy and had hot with a brushing with ghee or butter. Hope you will try this out and let me know how it turns out for you..

  1. hi,

is it required to roll the roti thicker than normal chapathi?

  2. @AnonymousNo need..i just rolled it like normal chapati

  3. Thanks for showing this method of preparing tandoori roti on top of gas burner. Looks wonderful.

  4. Aarthi if inverting the tawa brings roti down ....where is the fault??

  5. @Azhar AliAs soon as you put the roti on hot tawa, you have to show it over flame. if you cook it more time then it will fall off tawa

  6. I showed it immediately over flame but it jus fell down

  7. @Regiapply little more water and stick it

  8. Ok will try today again. Thanks

  9. Nonstick pan can be used right for this ??
