Sabja Rose Milk Recipe - How to Make Rose Milk with Basil Seeds



This is one of my favourite drink. I love rose milk, not only because of its lovely colour, but of the aroma and taste. But this drink has become my latest favourite because of the addition of sabja seeds. It makes it more tasty and very very cooling.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Serves : 2

Ingredients:

Sabja / Basil Seeds - 2 tblspn

Milk - 2 cups
Rose Milk Essence - few drops
Suagr - 2 tblspn or to taste

Method:


Take basil seeds in a bowl and add in 1/2 cup of water. Leave it aside for 5 mins, they will swell up well.


Now take milk, sugar and rose milk essence in a bowl and mix well..


Add in the plumped sabja into this and mix well.


Chill before serving.

now take your other ingredients


Take cold milk in a jug


add in little sugar


mix well till melted


add in few drops of rose milk essence


mix well


add the plumped basil seeds in


give a good mix


pour into glasses and serve
