    Coconut Ice Recipe - No Cook Coconut Bars Recipe with step wise picryres.

    Delicious and easy treat made for kids and can be made with kids. This no fire cooking is super for competitions and to make with kids during summer holidays.

    Ingredients
      

    • Desiccated Coconut - 2 cups
    • Icing Sugar - ½ cup or to taste
    • Sweetened Condensed Milk - ½ cup or as needed
    • Pink food colour

    Instructions
     

    • Mix coconut, icing sugar and condensed milk in a bowl to shape it into a dough.
    • Divide the dough in half. Press half of the coconut in the tray.
    • Add pink food colour to remaining coconut and press over the white one.
    • Chill for 30 mins.
    • Unmould and cut into bars.
    • Serve.
