Coriander Wheat Dosa Recipe – Godumai Kothamalli Dosa Recipe with step wise pictures

Healthy and nutritious wheat dosa which turns out super crispy and it taste amazing with some coconut chutney or tomato chutney on the side.

My mom always make this dosa whenever we run out of dosa batter.

Coriander Wheat Dosa Recipe - Godumai Kothamalli Dosa Recipe

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Rice Flour - 1/4 cup
  • Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup chopped finely
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for making dosa

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients to a smooth batter. Make the batter thin.
  • Heat a dosa pan.
  • Pour a ladleful of batter from a height and drizzle with oil.
  • Cook till crispy and serve.
