Coriander Wheat Dosa Recipe - Godumai Kothamalli Dosa Recipe
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Rice Flour - ¼ cup
- Coriander Leaves - ½ cup chopped finely
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil for making dosa
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients to a smooth batter. Make the batter thin.
- Heat a dosa pan.
- Pour a ladleful of batter from a height and drizzle with oil.
- Cook till crispy and serve.
