    About Iced Dulce De Leche

Dulce de leche is a Spanish word for sweet made of milk. It is also known as caramelized milk which is made using milk and sugar. Traditionally dulce de leche is made with milk and sugar which is cooked on stove top for a very long time until it is smooth in texture. But you can easily make it at home. Check this Dulce de Leche made using a can of condensed milk.

Its traditionally made by simmering a pot of milk and sugar for hours, stirring constantly. But now you can buy it readily in super markets or even make it using a can of condensed milk.

This recipe uses dulce de leche to make this latte. It makes the beverage so caramel taste like. I like to mix it with milk with some sugar and pour it over a cup of ice if I want to serve it cold.
