    Veg Manchurian Dry Recipe

    This is one recipe which was requested in my blog for quite a long time. Finally i made it few days back and it turned out good. I made this as a dry version.

    Cooking Time : 25 mins
    Serves: 4


    Ingredients:


    For Balls:
    Mixed Vegetables - around 3 cups finely chopped
    All Purpose Flour / Maida - ½ cup
    Oil - 1 tsp + for deep frying
    Salt to taste
    Pepper or Red Chilli flakes to taste

    For Sauce:
    Oil - 1 tblspn
    Ginger - 1 tblspn finely chopped
    Garlic - 1 tblspn finely chopped
    Spring Onion White part - from 3 chopped
    Green Chillies - 3 chopped finely
    Tomato Ketchup - 2 tblspn
    Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
    Vinegar - 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Sugar - 1 tsp
    Pepper or Red Chilli flakes to taste
    Spring Onion Green part - from 3 chopped

    Method:

    Heat oil in a pan, add in chopped veggies and saute it for couple of mins. Remove it to a bowl and cool it down. Add in flour, salt, chilli flakes and mix it well. Shape it into balls. Now heat oil for deep frying, drop the balls in and fry till golden brown. Drain onto some paper towel and set aside.

    Heat oil in a pan, add in spring onion white part, ginger, garlic and chillies, saute for 2 to 3 mins.

    Add in all the sauces, salt, sugar, chilli flakes and mix well. 

    Now add in the fried balls and toss well in the sauce.

    Now add in spring onion green and mix well.

    Serve hot.

    drop in hot oil

    fry till golden brown

    prepare the other stuffs

    heat oil and add in spring onion white, ginger, garlic and chillies

    saute for a min

    now it is done

    add in ketchup
    Pin
    soy sauce
    Pin
    add in vinegar
    Pin
    mix well
    Pin
    add in little salt..dont add too much, because the sauces has salt in them

    add in little sugar

    mix well till it thickens

    add in balls

    toss well

    add in spring onion green
