What do you want when you throw a party or a get together or just playing card games with your friends, you just need some good food and some good drinks to wash it up. I got lots of request to post finger food recipe in my blog. This is for them.
When you are having a good chat with your friends or playing in your own home, you just need something to eat which doesn't make a lot of mess like dripping and so on. You need something which doesn't need any cutlery to eat. So i came up with this yummy roll ups made with wheat tortilla, some grilled spicy paneer, some crunchy veggies. They are so healthy, you can put them in your kids lunch boxes or make it for parties too..
I hope you will love it and tell me if you try it some day.

Now time to assemble. Take a tortilla and place it on the board. Spread few dashes of ketchup over the tortilla to make it moist. Now Place few pieces of grilled paneer over it. Top this with thinly sliced onions, lettuce, tomatoes and bell peppers.
