Now coming to today’s recipe, it is a delicious apple tea. When you are in diet, drinking natural hot drinks helps in weight loss. I make so many version of hot drinks..Mostly i will be consuming green tea a lot. I make this tea when i have apples on hand, the apples makes this so delicious and fragrant..

Cooking Time : 10 mins
Makes : 2 cups
Water – 2 cup
Apple – 1 sliced
Green Tea – 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon Stick / Pattai – 4 cm piece
Ginger – 3 cm piece chopped
Honey to taste
Lemon Juice to taste
Take water, cinnamon, green tea, apple and ginger in a sauce pan. Bring it to a boil. Cover and simmer the pot for 5 to 10 mins.
Strain it and add honey and lemon juice to taste.

|add in 1 sliced apple|
|add a piece of cinnamon|
|i breaked into tiny pieces and added in it|
|add in some green tea|
|add in some ginger|
|give a good mix..|
|heat it and bring it to a boil..|
|once it boils, turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 mins|
|now it is done|
|you can add some honey|
|add in some lemon juice to taste|
