    About Mac and Cheese Recipe

You can make this for your kids in just few minutes. They will love it for sure. This is a stove top version of mac and cheese.

Macaroni and cheese, also known as mac and cheese in Canada and the United States and macaroni cheese in the United Kingdom, is a dish that consists of cooked macaroni pasta and a cheese sauce, most commonly Cheddar sauce.

Ingredients for Mac And Cheese Recipe

    Macaroni

Macaroni is a type of dry pasta that is shaped like narrow tubes. Made from durum wheat, macaroni is typically cut in short lengths; curved macaroni is known as elbow macaroni. Some home machines can make macaroni shapes, but macaroni is typically made commercially by large-scale extrusion, as is most pasta.

    Garlic

Garlic has a distinct, pungent flavour that, when raw, borders on spicy and, when cooked, borders on nutty. Sulfur compounds, such as diallyl disulfide, contribute to the mustard-like flavour profile. It loses its acrid raw flavour when dried and crushed into garlic powder, making it ideal for seasoning dishes.

    Grated Cheese

Grated cheese is cheese that has been reduced in size by rubbing it on a grater. Shredded cheese, on the other hand, is cheese that has been cut into shreds or thin strips.
