    Eggless Tutti Fruity Cake Recipe

Its Monday the very first day of the week. I was pretty much excited today, since day light savings has started I can reach home one hour before for the coming month. Always find fresher and energetic during the morning than I do during the day fall. I don’t know why. Ok skip that, now coming onto business, let's start this week with an awesome cake.

For those folks out there who are searching for a eggless cake recipe..Here we are with the most fabulous recipe which needs no eggs, no butter. Isn’t that cool. But don’t underestimate the cake, it came out so good. I kept my finger crossed when I put this cake tin in oven, because I have no clue how it will turn out, since there is no butter as well as eggs.

But once the cake came out of the oven it looked so good. Once I sliced this cake it smelled so heavenly and the taste was awesome. But I was a little worried when I touched the cake once it got cooled, because it looked a little hard. But the next day when I checked it it turned unbelievably soft and tasted way better. So if you are making this cake for any occasion I will advice you to try it the day before.

How to Make Eggless Tutti Fruity Cake

    • Preheat the oven to 180°C / 360°F. Take a round baking pan and Put a parchment paper in the bottom. Oil all the sides and dust it with flour.
    • Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda together and set aside. Take 1 tbsp of flour and add it over the tutti fruity and toss well.
    • Take oil, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Beat it for 3 mins.
    • Now add in condensed milk, milk and mix well.
    • Now sift in the sifted flour again and mix well.. Add in tutti fruity and mix well.
    • Pour into the tin and bake it for 45-50 mins or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    • Let it cool down. Now invert it over a plate and slice it..
    • Serve with a cup of tea..

@AnonymousYes u can use rice bran oil for baking. Baking has to be done only on convection mode and not on any other mode. Non stick muffin tray dont need any paper. You can grease it well will butter or oil and use.
