Grilled Paneer Wraps / Cottage Cheese Wraps

This yummy roll ups made with wheat tortilla, some grilled spicy paneer, some crunchy veggies. They are so healthy, you can put them in your kids lunch boxes or make it for parties too..

I hope you will love it and tell me if you try it some day.

Ingredients:

Wheat Tortilla – 2 to 3
Paneer / Indian Cottage Cheese- 200 gms cut into long pieces
Yogurt / Curd – 4 tblspn
Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice – 1 tblspn
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tblspn
Oil – 1 tblspn

For Toppings:
Tomato Ketcup – as needed
Onions  – sliced thinly
Lettuce or Cabbage – sliced thinly
Tomatoes- sliced thinly
Bell Pepper -sliced thinly
 
Method:

Take curd, chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, oil in a bowl and mix well. Add the paneer pieces in this and let this marinate for 30 mins.

Heat a grill pan to high heat and grill these paneer pieces for few mins on both sides till they are nicely grilled and gets charred marks on it.

Now time to assemble. Take a tortilla and place it on the board. Spread few dashes of ketchup over the tortilla to make it moist. Now Place few pieces of grilled paneer over it. Top this with thinly sliced onions, lettuce, tomatoes and bell peppers.

Now roll them from both sides and wrap them in foil.

You can serve it hot or at room temp.

Take your ingredients for the wraps

These are the toppings for it
Take curd in a bowl

add chilli powder, salt and ginger garlic paste

add some lemon juice
and some oil

mix well

add the paneer pieces

and coat well in the marinate
Now grill them

on both sides till they are grilled

remove them to a plate

Now lets make the wraps

Spread some ketchup over the tortilla

place the grilled paneer over it

top with some onions

shredded lettuce

some juicy tomatoes
sliced bell peppers

Now roll them up

on both sides

Wrap this in foil to secure them up

all done and ready to eat

    @sujatha umesh Both are nearly same. But you wil use boiling water to knead the dough in wheat tortilla. You can use chapati instead of tortilla too.
