Ingredients for Stuffed Peas Paratha Recipe:

    Peas :
English peas are simply a type of garden pea that is widely grown and known for its sweet flavour and bright, beautiful green colour. Before eating, they must be shucked. Although the flavour varies by variety, the general consensus is that peas are dual action, with both sweet and savoury notes. They have a strong green flavour
component and can be paired with a variety of proteins, including fish and roast.

    Green Chilli  :
The green chillies in cooked or raw form give a fiery hot flavor. To reduce the fiery hot flavor the seeds and inner membranes could be removed which is effective at reducing the heat of the pod.

    Garam Masala Powder:
The whole spices in the Garam Masala blend have already been toasted before being ground. As a result, it is not necessary to cook it. If the garam masala is added too soon, it will become overcooked and lose its flavour. Garam masala aromatics require only a small amount of heat to release their aroma and flavours.
