All Purpose Flour / Maida-3 cups
Salt to taste
Warm Water as required
In a bowl add yeast,sugar and warm water,mix everything together.let it sit for 5-10 min until it is frothy.(make sure that the water is not so hot,it should luke warm)
In a mixing bowl add flour,salt and mix well.Pour this yeast mixture in this and form a soft dough.
Drizzle oil over the dough, cover it with a damp cloth and let it sit for 30 min.
After 30 min the dough must have doubled in size.Punch the dough down,empty the dough from its bowl and knead it for 5 min.
While kneading the dough will become soft and springy...Then divide the dough in to equal portion and spread it like a small chapati.
Put this in a preheated tray and put it in the lowest rack of the oven .Cook this for 5 mins on one side and flip it over and cook another 3 mins on other side
If you cut this pita bread you will have a nice pocket in there where you can stuff anything and enjoy.
Onion-1/2 chopped roughly
Coriander leaves-1 handful
Olive oil-2 tblspn
Lemon juice-2 tblspn
Salt to taste
In a food processor add everything except oil and lemon juice.process for a few times until everything is crushed.
Tip this in a bowl.Add lemon juice, oil in it and mix well.
How to Serve:
Take the Pita bread and apply a little Butter or Mayo in it..If you don’t have anything you can skip this.
Then place the roughly chopped murg malai kabab(for recipe check this)...Then add a good amount of salsa on top..Roll it and Dig in.

|yeast has become foamy|
|mix salt with flour|
|pour the yeast water in the flour|
|till it forms a sticky dough|
|tip this onto the working surface|
|knead to a smooth ball|
|apply oil in a bowl..|
|cover with a damp cloth|
|till it doubles in size|
|divide into equal portions|
|put it in hot baking tray|
|bake it in oven|
|cut in center...you can see a nice pocket|
