In a bowl add yeast, sugar and warm water, mix everything together.let it sit for 5-10 min until it is frothy.(make sure that the water is not so hot,it should luke warm)

In a mixing bowl add flour, salt and mix well.Pour this yeast mixture in this and form a soft dough.

Drizzle oil over the dough, cover it with a damp cloth and let it sit for 30 min.

After 30 min the dough must have doubled in size.Punch the dough down, empty the dough from its bowl and knead it for 5 min.

We are homesteaders and sustenance farmers here in the foot hills of Kentucky. Not much work in the garden this time of the year so I like to surf for recipes. This one is exactly what I look for.

So many recipes start with ready made spice packages. Very few go so far as to give a recipe for the wrap. Thank you so much.
