Normally they make this with mutton mince or lamb mince, but i used chicken mince to make it and it turned out just yummy.

In this kebab you have to use generous amount of butter for flavour and texture. And also the last brushing of butter over it just before serving makes it shiny and tasty. You can even sprinkle some chat masala over it just before serving.

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Marinating Time : 30 mins
Cooking Time : 7 to 10 mins
Makes : 8 small kebab

Ingredients:

Chicken Mince - 250 grams
Onion - 1 medium size chopped
Green Chilli - 1 chopped
Coriander Leaves - 3 tblspn chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblspn or ( 4 cloves of garlic and 2 cm piece of ginger)
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Butter - 3 tblspn melted + more for cooking
Bread Crumbs - 2 to 3 tblspn
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp or to taste

Method:

Take onions in a blender and make them into a rough puree. Add in chilli, ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves to the blender along with chicken mince and puree it.

Remove this to a bowl and all all the ingredients. mix well. Set aside for 30 mins.

Now take a skewer and break it in half if needed.

Wet your hands in water, take small portion of the chicken mince and shape it into log.

Now place a skewer in the middle, press it inside, then shape it around the skewers, so it is smooth and evenly spread.

Now melt some butter in a pan, place the kebab over it and cook till golden brown on all sides, keep rotating it and brush with butter all over it.

Serve hot with lemon slices and onion rings.
