Sandwiches are my all time favorite because they are so versatile, you can make it how ever you want it. Specially I love grilled sandwiches, those char grilled lines over those makes it so appetizing..Recently I bought a awesome grill pan, which I am in so love with..I am using it very often..I will soon post a review for that soon in my blog..

These are the first ever sandwich which I made in that grill pan. They had a spicy chicken filling in it, which has crunchy bits of capsicum inbetween which makes it more tasty. I served it with manchow soup and baked chicken nuggets which will be posted very soon in my blog. So keep checking it..I hope you will give this a try and tell me how it turned out for you.

Ingredients:
White Bread – 10 slices
Oil- 1 tblspn
Onion – 1 large sliced thinly
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Tomato- 2 chopped finely
Tomato Ketchup – 1 tblspn
Capsicum / Bell Pepper-  1 medium sliced thinly
Chicken – 1 cup cooked and shredded
Oil for pan frying
Method:
Cook chicken with salt and turmeric till they are completely cooked. Shred them into small pieces.
Heat oil in a kadai. Add in onions and saute for a couple of mins.
Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 sec.
Add in salt, pepper, chilli powder and garam masala powder. Mix well.
Add in tomatoes and cook for 5 mins.
Add in tomato ketchup and mix well.
Now throw in the capsicum and saute them in the masala for a couple of mins.
Add the cooked chicken in and give a good stir.
Your masala is done.
Now take a bread slice. Spoon some filling in the center and cover with another bread slice. Drizzle some oil over the bread and place it on a preheated grill pan.
Let it cook on both side till you get nice grill marks.

Thanks! Very easy and delicious to prepare even for a novice like me. I added cabbage as I had run out of capsicum and also added cheese slices. Tasted very good.
