Coloured Ghee Cookies Recipe / Biskut Suji Recipe

Suji Cookies - When i saw the recipe on internet, i thought that this is made with sooji or rava. But I was kind of confused because there is no sooji in this recipe. Infact it has ground almonds and it is a malaysian cookies. These cookies are melt in mouth kind similar to my ghee cookies but a lot more richer and nuttier because of the ground almonds.

I loved the taste and texture of it so much. The food colouring added in this cookies are optional, you can leave it out if you need to and bake it as normal cookies. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
