Avocado Banana Smoothie Recipe – Avocado and Banana Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Avocado Smoothie is just wonderful..I loved it so much. I added some yogurt, banana and milk in it to make it more healthy and filling…I added honey it in, even though bananas are sweet. it needs a bit of sugar or honey because avocado is normally very bland.

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Serves : 2 to 3

Ingredients:

Avocado – 1 ripe
Banana – 1 ripe
Honey or Sugar to taste
Yogurt / Curd – 1/2 cup
Milk – 1 cup or as needed

Method:

Cut a avocado and scoop out the flesh. Take it in a blender.

Add all the ingredients and puree till smooth.

Add more milk as needed.

Pour it into serving glass and serve.

Pictorial:
You need a ripe avocado
cut it open
now take your other ingredients
scoop out the avocado and add it to a blender
add in a chopped banana
add honey or sugar for sweetness
add in some thick yogurt
add in milk
time to blend
you can add more milk to achieve the right consistency
take a serving glass
pour the smoothie in
enjoy..

    Seems easy enough to make and quite healthy too. Thanks for sharing! Can you use sugar substitute instead of sugar or honey? (diabetic)

    This is delicious! I add a date for sweetness and it also gives the smoothie a nice texture.
