This has become my all time favourite smoothie and a family favourite too..This has all the ingredients which will make your energetic and full for breakfast. it is a complete drink and is so delicious as well..

Vanilla Milkshake
Chocolate Sharjah
Jil Jil Jigarthanda
Chocolate Banana Sharjah
Cold Coffee
Chocolate Mint Milkshake
Avocado Milkshake
Apple Dates Milkshake
Strawberry Milkshake
It has strawberries, bananas, oats and flax seeds as well. And i used soy milk for this, so it is even more healthy. You can use normal milk as well. Since i used sweetened soy milk, i didn’t add sugar, i thought the sweetness from banana and soy milk would be enough. So if you want you can add sugar or honey to taste
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Serves – 2

Ingredients:

Banana – 1 peeled and cubed
Strawberry – 10 to 12
Instant Oats – 2 tblspn
Flax Seed Powder – 1 tblspn
Soya Milk – 2 cups ( i used sweetened soy milk, so i skipped the sugar)
Sugar or Honey as needed

Method:

Serve,.
