    Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cookies which are made with healthier ingredients. Oil is used instead of butter and whole wheat flour is used instead of plain flour which results in a much healthier cookie.

    About Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cookies made using whole wheat flour, yogurt and oil which is much healthier than other cookies.

I would call this healthy chocolate chip cookies. Since it has no butter and uses oil instead of butter. The flour used in this is wheat flour which is much healthier than all purpose flour. So if you have a sweet craving, you can make this in less than 30 mins and it is much healthier than store bought ones.

    Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients

    Oil

Oil is used instead of butter which is much healthier and less in fat. It also makes the cookies crispier and hold its texture properly.

    Brown Sugar

Brown sugar gives the cookies a caramel taste to it and it provides the necessary chewiness to the cookies.

    Yogurt

Yogurt is what used as egg substitute in this cookies. It adds a nice taste to the cookies as well.

    Wheat Flour

I used whole wheat flour in this cookies which is a much healthier flour alternative in the cookies.

    Chocolate Chips

You could use sugar free cookies or dark chocolate chips.

Hi. Can we use white powdered sugar instead of brown sugar? Is brown sugar used because it has a special taste?

How do I substitute yogurt? I am a vegan and cannot use yogurt. Also can the brown sugar be substituted by jaggery powder? Please please respond.
