White Sauce Veg Pasta Recipe with step wise pictures.

Super simple and delicious pasta recipe which has carrot and peas in this. This is super fast to make and taste simply delicious. Specially kids will love it.

Super easy white sauce pasta recipe which is loved by kids. Since it is made with their all time. It is a great recipe to put together in minutes.

If you are out of tomatoes or other stuffs. Then this recipe comes handy. It is made using flour and milk and i am sure it is one of the staple ingredients in everyones house specially with the ones with kids. Then this recipe can be put together in under 15 mins.

Ingredients

  • Macaroni or any pasta - 1 cup
  • Carrot - 1 chopped
  • Frozen Peas - 1/4 cup
  • Olive Oil - 1 tblsp
  • Garlic - 2 cloves chopped finely
  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1.5 tblsp
  • Milk - 3/4 cup or as needed
  • Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Sugar a pinch

Instructions

  • Heat water in a sauce pan. Add salt.
  • Add in carrot and peas and cook till tender. Drain and set aside.
  • In the same water, add pasta and cook till done. Drain and set aside.
  • Meanwhile heat olive oil in a pan, add in garlic and fry for a min.
  • Add in oregano and chilli flakes and mix well.
  • Add in flour and stir for a min.
  • Add milk and cook till it thickens.
  • Add in salt and pepper to taste. Add little sugar if needed.
  • Now add in cooked carrot and peas and pasta and mix well.
  • Serve.

1)Bring water to a boil

2)Add in salt.

3)Add in peas and carrot

4)Cook till veggies are done

5)Set aside.

6)Add in pasta and cook till done

7)Heat olive oil and saute garlic

8)Add in flour

9)Stir for few mins.

10)Add in red chilli flakes

11)Add in oregano

12)Stir for a min.

13)Add in milk

14)Cook till thickens

15)Add in carrot and peas

16)Add in pepper

17)Add in salt and a pinch of sugar

18)Stir well.

19)Add in cooked macaroni

20)Mix well.

21)Serve
