Welcome Friends to another week of colourful days.. This week I am in for BM and going to do a special theme "Cooking with Alphabets"..I am going to start with the letter 'K' ..So you see recipes starting with the letter L,M,N,O,P,Q in the coming days. I have prepared all my recipes in advance so I can post very relaxingly and calmly without any fuss.
I made some nice rice recipe which is one of my favorites..It is packed with full of flavour but so easy peasy to make..Infact the cool thing in this is..You can make the masala in bulk and store in freezer..So if you need to pack a quick lunch or make something very fast, take some masala from the freezer warm it in a kadai or microwave and mix rice with that..How easy is that..But it is not hard to make from scratch too, I made this within 15 mins…I made this a month back along with some mint rice..I served it with papad, curd and papad..
I am sending this recipe to Blogging Marathan Day 1 with the theme 'Cooking with Alphabets'. I hope you will love it as much I do and tell me if you tried it..
