Ingredients
- Banana - make sure to use ripe banana for this recipe. Since this recipe doesn't has any sweetener added.
- Oats - I used instant oats to bind the banana. It is healthy and acts as a binding agent perfectly.
- Optional - vanilla, ground cinnamon, any nuts, sweets, dried fruits, coconut and chocolate chips can be mixed.

Step by Step Pictures
1)Choose ripe sweet banana for this recipe, since it doesn't have any sugar added this is very important.

2)Measure the mashed banana and take it in a bowl.

3)Add in oatmeal. I am using instant oats. Mix this well.

4)Add a drop of vanilla extract for flavour. You can use ground cinnamon as well.

5)Mix this until it forms into a dough like.

6)Add in chocolate chips. You can use semi sweet or dark.

7)Instead of chocolate chips you can use any chopped nuts or seeds. Mix the chocolate chips into the dough.

8)Now lets shape the cookies. Take small portion of the dough. Roll it into a ball and flatten it slightly.

9)Place it on the parchment lined baking tray. Pop the tray into a preheated oven and bake until golden and cooked.

10)This is how the cookies look once cooked. It should be light golden in colour. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.

I wouldnt tell you if there is some pblm from my end. Other blogs (even the one with lots of pictures) are opening smoothly. Please do something to solve the issues.
