Fried Cauliflower Recipe – Fried Gobi Recipe with step wise pictures.
Super crispy gobi or cauliflower fry which is perfect for evening tea or snack. So easy to make and taste very delicious.
fried gobi is one of my all time favorite..I make it quite often, this is my mom’s favorite one too. I have quite a few ways of making this, you can check all of them here. Fried cauliflower is quite a tasty dish and it goes as a perfect appetizer with soups.

- Cauliflower - 1 medium size cut into florets
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tblsp
- Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Bread crumbs - ¼ cup
- Rice Flour - ¼ cup
- Baking Powder - ¼ tsp
- Oil for deep frying
- Take cauliflower in a sauce pan, add salt and turmeric powder and boil for 3 mins. Drain it and set aside.
- Take it in a bowl, add all ingredients except oil and mix well.
- Deep fry till golden brown.
- Drain and serve.
