    About Broccoli Lasagna Recipe

Lasagna is one of the most popular Italian pasta dish. It uses sheets like pasta which is layered with meat sauce, white sauce and cheese and baked in oven. You can make lasagna however way you like. You can use any meat of choice, protein, vegetables for making lasagna. I have made quite a bit of lasagna in the past, one of my all time favourite is chicken lasagna.

In the past, I used homemade lasagna sheets, but now readymade sheets are easily available in stores which is what I prefer. Make sure to check the box, some lasagna sheets requires pre cooking. But the ones which I use doesn't need any cooking.

Butter - butter is important to make white sauce. You can use olive oil instead of butter for lighter version.

Plain Flour - Wheat flour can be used instead of plain flour.

Milk - the broccoli sauce has to be slightly thin so adjust milk accordingly.
