A rich delicious chocolate pudding recipe which will make you go crazy. It is too good to resist. I personally love it warm, but you can serve it cold too.

The pudding turned out to be fudgy and very chocolaty. I have already shared a pudding recipe using cornflour and custard powder. This one uses all purpose flour and it is too good..

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 5 to 10 mins
Serves: 1 to 2

Ingredients:

All Purpose Flour / Maida – 2 tblspn
Cocoa Powder – 1 tblspn
Sugar – 2 tsp
Milk – 3/4 cup to 1 cup
Sweetened Condensed Milk – 3 tblspn
Butter – 1 tsp
Chocolate Chips – 1/4 cup

Method:

Take flour, cocoa, sugar in a sauce pan. Add milk and mix well.

Add in condensed milk, butter and chocolate chips and cook this on low heat till thickens.

Spoon it into individual cups and chill it.

You can serve warm or cold.

Check out this quick video:

May I know specifically, what is that all purpose flour…Is it Maida or any other flour in particular?
