    Kewpie Mayonnaise Egg Sandwich Recipe which is super yummy and kids will love it. Japanese sandwiches are absolutely delicious. These sandwiches are usually made and packaged for sale. During our trip to Thailand we found lots of varieties of sandwiches which are ready packaged and was stacked in one of the famous convenient store "seven eleven".

    Kewpie Mayonnaise

    Kewpie Mayonnaise is an egg yolk type mayonnaise made with egg yolk rather than whole egg. Egg yolk is the secret to a distinctively rich flavour.

    Ingredients
      

    • Kewpie Mayonnaise - ¼ cup Recipe here
    • Sugar - 1 tsp
    • Mustard Sauce - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Boiled Eggs - 2
    • Bread slices as needed

    Instructions
     

    • Mix mayo, mustard, salt and sugar in a bowl till creamy.
    • Add in egg yolks and mix well till creamy.
    • Now chop egg whites and add them in. Mix well.
    • Spoon this over bread and sandwich together. Slice and serve.
