    Onion Chutney Recipe

My mum makes this chutney more that twice in a week. Because it is so simple to make. It requires only onion and nothing else.
I like to caramelize the onion and they make it into a paste..So that you can get the real sweetness of onions and it gives the chutney a nice colour. Onion chutney is best served with hot idlis or dosa. And it makes a perfect spread for sandwiches.
