  1. Awesome bro. God bless

  2. Hi Madam.

First of all thank you very much for your picture rich website.

I have a doubt. In the last before picture. There seems to be a lot of water compared to the previous picture. Do we need water in the "add in chicken and mix well" picture ???

  3. Im big fan of ur recipes.. Everything is good.. Bt dont suggest ajinamoto... Its bad for health

  4. Thanks for this awesome recipe. I have a question:

In dry version you are deep frying the chicken while in gravy version you sauteing the chicken. What difference does both the process have on chicken?

  5. @Anonymousfor dry version, deep frying will make it crispy. for gravy this method is good. if u wish you can deep fry

  6. I guess i have added corn starch slurry lot more. So i did not get it in a liquid form as yours. Got it in the form of a paste type gravy. Wat to be done.

  7. And more over i did not add water after puting chicken pieces as it was not mentioned. Just when i read the comments now i noticed it. Or was tat the mistake.

  8. @Anonymousi think i missed to mention it, you have to add water before adding the cornflour slurry.

  9. Many many Thnx for this recipe. I ws lil worried as going to try chilli chicken for the first time bt ur recipe did a wonderful job for me and I made yummy chicken in first attempt

  10. Thanks . Is there a substitute for ajinamoto? Recipee is superb.

  11. Hi Aarti I tried this recipe with paneer and it came out excellent. Can say so because my husband loved it and over eat that day!

  12. Hi Aarti. My chicken does not get cooked completely by frying/sauteing. Should i bake it after or before frying/sauteing it?

    1. YOu have to keep on frying on low heat till the chicken is done completely
