Vegetable Biryani Made in Pressure Cooker

Vegetable Briyani
Briyani is everyone’s favorite..But this one is for my vegetarian friends...It is a great food for kids since it has all vegetables...The best part in this briyani is the fried bread cubes and nuts...So try to add a lot of it..I am not using briyani masala in this..this is made entirely from scratch..Mum used to make briyani(her version is different),she used to serve it with raita, papad, tomato jam...The key thing in this briyani is fry the onions till golden brown..So please give this a try and let me know what you think..Please leave comments..
