Pizza..I love it..Hmm, is there anyone out there who doesn't love this. So Cheesy and So Yummy. I have quite a few variation of pizza in this blog, make sure you check that out too..My all time favorite is cheese veg pizza. But if I don’t have much time to make the dough and if I have some naan bread lying around I make this and this..
But my latest favorite one is cheese burst pizza and lets not forget the no crust pizza. Ok enough pizza love, this one is my latest favorite, recently I started loving thin crust pizza, where the crust is so thin and crispy and it has some super simple topping, which turn out so good.
Main thing to keep in mind is, don’t overload this pizza, because over loading this pizza with sauce and topping make the pizza soggy....Just make some super thin crust and sauce it up lightly, spread some cheese and olives.Thats it..You can also add some sliced salami or just go plain and simple with some sliced tomatoes and basil..Simple and tasty..I hope you will try this out and let me know how it turns out for you..

Baking Time : 25 mins
Serves : 2 to 3
Tomato Ketchup / Pizza Sauce - 3 to 4 tblspn
Mozarella Cheese - 1 cup grated
Black Olives - 3 tblspn sliced
Garlic - 1 tblspn finely chopped
Oregano - 2 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tblspn or to taste
Salt to taste
Olive Oil - 1 tsp
Preheat oven to 250 Degree C.
Line a baking try with foil and grease it with some olive oil.
Place the ball of pizza dough over the tray, use your hands to strech the dough thinly all over the tray.
Once it is spreaded thinly. Spread pizza sauce or ketchup all over it..
Now sprinkle half the mozarella cheese over it , followed by olives, oregano, garlic, chilli flakes, salt and remaining cheese.
Drizzle a tsp of olive oil all over the pizza for flavour.
Now bake this for 20 mins, now turn the oven to grill mode and grill it for 5 mins.
Remove it, slice and serve.

|Punch the air out and knead it once|
Line a baking tray with foil
and grease it with oil
Place the dough in it
Using your hands, strech the dough
Strech it thinly
Now the base is done
Time to top it
Pour some tomato ketchup or pizza sauce over it
Use a spoon to spread it evenly
Since this is a thin crust pizza, I spreaded
the sauce lightly,
so you don’t end up in soggy crust
Sprinkle half the cheese all over the sauce
Now comes the olives
I love black olives rather than green
Sprinkle over some chopped up garlic
Now the main pizza flavouring OREGANO
Sprinkle as much or as little as you like
Now sprinkle some spicy red chilli flakes,
this is to taste
I want to make some super spicy pizza,
so went heavy on them..
Now sprinkle some salt lightly, because
there is salt in olives and sauce.
Now top up with the remaining cheese
Drizzle some olive oil
Time to bake
All baked and perfectly crispy
