Chicken Pizza Recipe - Spicy Chicken Pizza Recipe

I have shared many version of  pizza in this blog. I can never stop creating different type of pizza, this is my latest addition, it taste so good and delicious..


At first i thought of using my no fail pizza dough recipe to make this pizza. Then i realized that many of my viewers asked me to share a no yeast pizza dough recipe. So i made a batch of those and used that as a base and it turned out perfecto....

Everything in the pizza turned out great and i finished making this from start to finish in under 45 mins to 1 hour. That is the advantage of using my yeast free pizza dough. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 20 mins
Baking Time : 15 to 20 mins
Makes : 1 large pizza


Pizza Base - 1 batch ( I used my Instant No Yeast Pizza Dough)
Tomato Ketchup or Pizza Sauce as needed
Bell Peppers sliced as needed
Onions Sliced as needed
Red Chilli Flakes to taste
Italian Seasoning -  as needed
Black Olives as needed sliced
Olive Oil - 1 tsp for brushing over the crust
Mozzarella Cheese as needed grated
Salt to taste

For Filling:
Oil - 1 tblspn
Garlic - 3 cloves chopped finely
Onion - 1 sliced thinly
Bell Peppers - 1/2 sliced thinly
Chicken Breast - 1 chopped finely
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Flakes to taste
Tomato Ketchup - 1/4 cup


Preheat oven to 250 Degree C. Oil a baking tray well. Pop it into the oven and let it heat for 10 to 15 mins.

Now make the filling..heat oil in a pan, add in garlic and let it fry for a min. Add in onions, capsicum and saute for 5 mins. Add in chicken and season with salt and chilli flakes. Cook till chicken is done. Now add in ketchup and mix well till the masala is thick. Filling done..

Take your pizza dough..
Roll the dough into round. Seam the edges to create a border.

Now take the hot tray carefully from oven, place pizza dough over it.

Now spread some tomato ketchup all over it.

Sprinkle chicken filling over it..Sprinkle with onion,bell peppers and olives.

Sprinkle with chilli flakes, salt and italian seasoning.

Brush the edges with olive oil

Bake this in the oven on 10 to 12 mins till the pizza is half cooked..

Now sprinkle lots of cheese over it and bake for another 5 mins.

Remove it and let it sit for 5 mins.

Now cut into wedges and enjoy the gooey cheese pizza..

Take all your ingredients

Heat oil in a pan, add in garlic

Add in onion and capsicum

Saute for few mins

Add in chicken 

toss well

now the chicken is cooked

add in tomato ketchup

add in salt and red chilli flakes

toss well...filling done

take your pizza dough..i used my no yeast pizza dough

roll it 

create a border like this.

Now it is done

Place it in a oiled hot baking pan...
I popped the tray in oven for 15 mins so it can get hot..

spoon some ketchup or pizza sauce over it

Spread it..
spoon some filling in

top with onions



sprinkle some italian seasoning over it

sprinkle some chilli flakes and salt

spread some oil around the edges

now bake them for few mins..

now top with mozzarella cheese

i sprinkle some more chilli flakes and seasoning..

Bake till done

Remove to a board..

cut into wedges

  3. Hi aarthi.. if we dnt have this baking tray can we bake this pizza in borocil bowl...I have same bowl in which you bake lasangna..please confirm can I bake my pizza in that.

  5. a follower of ur recipes..really all are well explained...i hav a doubt also using mozezarella cheese...but mine was not melting like remain the same..sometimes it gets hardened...why so?

    1. it may depends on each cheese. try using a different brand and dont over bake it.
