Mango Yogurt Recipe - Homemade Flavoured Yogurt Recipe


I have recently started loving the mango yogurt which you get in shops. So i decided to try it at home and it turned out just how i wanted. So delicious.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Resting Time : 2 hours
Serves: 1 or 2

Ingredients:

Yogurt - 1 cup (you will get 1/2 cup of hung curd)
Ripe Mango - 1 large peeled and chopped
Sugar - 1 tblspn or to taste
Saffron a pinch

Method:

Take yogurt in a sieve and put it in fridge under a bowl for 2 hours.

Now take mangoes, sugar, hung curd, saffron in a mixer and puree till smooth.

Pour it into serving glass and chill.

Serve cold.


Pictorial:
Place curd in a cheesecloth which is placed over a sieve


cover with a plate


place in fridge to drain


till it is thick and creamy
take mangoes in a blender


add sugar or honey


add the hung curd


add saffron


puree till smooth and thick


like this


chill and serve
