My mum makes it as an edible gift for them to take along their journey. Since it is so easy peasy to make, this barfi has taken its strong reputation in our house.

Coconut burfi is made using basic ingredients which you already have on hand. These are the ingredients which you need.
Coconut - best coconut burfi is made using fresh coconut. but you could use desiccated coconut or dried coconut flakes too.
Sugar - sugar is important to make the coconut barfi set. There are recipes in which you can use jaggery instead of sugar.
