I always prefer oats to have for breakfast and dinner..Yes a little Diet consicious..I don’t prefer oats porridge daily because I will get bored easily and leave the diet..So what I do is, I cook lots of healthy dishes with oats and have it..So my oats diet will last longer..

This is a awesome dish which is made with a mixture of dal and oats which it makes it even more healthier..You can have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner, any way it is good…I served it with Tomato Chutney and it tasted so good..
This is my DAY 3 recipe for BM which falls in the theme Seven days of Delicious Dals….Hope you like it and let me know what you think.

I've never cooked oats with dal before. At first I only wanted to make a half-portion – one cup of oats, half a cup of dal – because I wasn't sure if everyone would like this combination. But then I thought "Hey, it's a Yummy Tummy recipe – of course everyone will like it!". And so I added more ingredients and made the full portion. And, yes, we did love it.
