    Vanilla Popsicles is a simple and delicious frozen dessert which is made with ingredients like fresh cream and full fat milk. This dessert is a refreshing treat especially on hot summer days. It is a favourite dessert for kids and adults. This popsicles have a rich ,smooth texture and a sweet, vanilla flavour which melts in your mouth.

    This vanilla popsicles can be made using just few ingredients. This popsicles is great for summer, cool evening snacks or light dessert after heavy meal.  This home made vanilla popsicles is a healthier option than store bought version.

    This is my plain vanilla popsicle recipe which i used for my choco bar, but i wanted to make it as a separate post because this popsicle can be enjoyed as it is as a vanilla popsicle.

We can easily make this popsicles at home and change the recipe by adding our favourite flavours and toppings. Especially kids love this popsicles and it is also fun activity to prepare this with them. This vanilla popsicles bring a sense of joy and freshness with every bite which is a great treat for everyone.

    Vanilla popsicles uses simple ingredients which is easily available in nearby store. It only uses milk , cream, sugar and vanilla essence. This can be made at home. We don't need any special equipment or skills to make it. We can easily customise this recipe by just adding fruits, chocolates, nuts or other flavours. Popsicles is perfect for hot weather days. It's cools you down and it is refreshing to eat.

    This vanilla popsicles is a healthy choice for kids. It can be made without any preservatives in house and made with simple and real ingredients. Vanilla popsicles is light and not too heavy.     • Use blender to mix the mixture it gives extra smooth and creamy texture to the popsicles.
    • Cover the mould with foil and freeze it overnight. This helps the popsicle set properly and stay firm .
    • Add crushed cookies, chocolate chips to the popsicles. This makes it more fun and crunchy.

    Ingredients

    Cream: This makes the popsicles smooth, soft and rich. It gives a nice and creamy texture.

    Full fat milk: This adds a creamy base to the popsicles. It makes the popsicles taste fresh and milky.

    Icing sugar/ confectioners sugar: This makes the popsicles taste sweet and helps to enhance the overall flavour.

    Vanilla essence: It gives the nice aroma and taste to the popsicles.

    Vanilla sabja popsicles:  These Popsicles are cool and tasty with a soft vanilla flavour and tiny sabja seeds. The seeds add a nice texture and are healthy too.

    Easy milk popsicle: This is a simple and creamy frozen treat which is made with milk. This is quick to make and perfect for a refreshing snacks.

    Vanilla and chocolate popsicles: These Popsicles mix two favourite flavours vanilla and chocolate. The combination is sweet, creamy and loved by everyone.

    Easy chocolate popsicles: These Popsicles are quick way to enjoy chocolate in frozen form. They are smooth, rich and perfect for chocolate lovers.

    Pineapple Popsicles: These Popsicles are fruity and fresh with a sweet pineapple taste. They are light and perfect for a cool summer treat.

    Step by Step Pictures

    1)Take all your ingredients

    2)Take milk in a jug. This is already boiled and cooled milk.

    3)Add in powdered sugar and mix well.

    4)Add in vanilla extract.

    5)Mix well until sugar melts. Here is my tip for you, you can skip the sugar and use sweetened condensed milk instead.

    6)take cream in a bowl.

    7) Whip the cream until it becomes little thick.

    8)Like this.

    9)Add the milk mixture into the whipped cream.

    10)Mix this really well.

    11)Vanilla popsicle mixture is ready.

    12)I transferred it into a jug for easy filling popsicle moulds.

    13)Ready to pour.

    14)take your popsicle moulds.

    15)Fill the popsicle moulds.

    16)Freeze until solid.

    17)Run the popsicle mould under tap water to release the popsicles. Gently unmould.

    18)Enjoy.

    Expert tips

    • Use fresh milk and cream. It gives better taste.
    • Mix gently after whipping the cream. It keeps the texture light and airy.
    • Use good quality milk, cream and vanilla essence. It makes the popsicles taste better.
    • Don't open the freezer often while freezing. It helps the popsicles set well.

    Can I use low fat milk instead of full fat milk?

    Yes. But the Popsicles may not be as creamy.

    Can I skip the cream?

    Yes you can. But the texture will be lighter and less smooth.

    How long should I freeze the Popsicles?

    It's best to freeze them overnight for the best result.

    Can I add fruits or nuts?

    Yes you can add fruits like strawberry or dry fruits like almonds for extra flavour.

    How do I remove the Popsicles from the mould?

    Run warm water on the outside of the mould for a few seconds then pull gently.

    Can I make this without a Popsicles mould?

    Yes. Use small cups and insert sticks once it is semi frozen.

    How long can I store them in the freezer?

    You can store them for up to 2 weeks. But they taste best when fresh.

    • Popsicle Mould
    • Electric Beater

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup Fresh Cream I used amul 25% fat fresh cream of Cream
    • 2 cup Full Fat Milk
    • ¾ cup Confectioners Sugar (icing sugar)
    • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

    Instructions
     

    • Take milk, icing sugar and vanilla in a bowl and mix well so the sugar is melted.
    • Now whip cream till lightly thickened. Add in milk mix and whip well.
    • Pour this into a jug, fill popsicle moulds and insert popsicle stick into it.
    • Freeze overnight.
    • Now run the mould under water and remove it carefully.
    • Serve immediately.

      1. Why we have to whip the cream??
      2. Can it be done using hand whisk??
      3. Can v use toned milk for it??
