    Lime and Coriander Chicken Kebabs Recipe

    I recently tried this and i was kind of addicted to it, because it turned out to be very delicious..It was spicy and juicy and smoky, everything you want a kebab to be..

    The marination for this is really simple but the flavours works together great. I love the juiciness of the chicken and the taste is just wonderful. It is tangy and a little spicy from the chilli flakes and the aroma of the coriander leaves was so good. I love the char grill marks you get from the grill pan. YUM..

    Preparation Time : 10 mins
    Marinating Time : 2 hours
    Cooking Time : 10 mins
    Serves: 2 to 3


    Ingredients:

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - 2 large cut into cubes ( around 500 grams)


    For Marination:
    Lime Juice - ¼ cup
    Olive Oil - 3 tblspn
    Garlic - 6 cloves grated
    Coriander leaves - 6 tblspn finely chopped
    Sugar - 2 tsp
    Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tblspn
    Salt to taste


    Method:

    Take chicken in a bowl, add all the marination ingredients and mix well. Leave it to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.

    Now skewers this and place it on a preheated grill pan. Cook for 3 to 4 mins on one side and flip over and cook for another 3 mins on other side.

    Now serve.

    cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 2 hours in fridge

    before making kebab, remove it before 30 mins  from fridge

      I don't like to combine honey and sugar with meat.
      Is it ok To avoid sugar and honey?

      @SenthilNathan Jothiramalingami suggest you to add a touch of sugar or honey. trust me it works wonders. You dont taste the sweetness in that
