I really can’t
believe that. Did you see that post title. 700 posts, man that’s so huge for
me. What do you think of this guys?
My little space
which was started 1.9 years back is already flowing over with 700 step by step
recipes. I am really happy that I have done something out to the world which I
owned as a passion. You can browse all my recipe through my recipe index. So to celebrate this special day, I cameup with
a chocolate cake. I have a recipe for eggless chocolate cake here, but this one
is a little different.

This recipe calls for regular milk, but i used soy milk to make it complete vegan. You can use regular milk too.I hope you will love this and much as i did and tell me if you try it someday.
Recipe Source:Edible Garden

Method:

180 degree C/ 360 Degree F. Oil a loaf pan well and sprinkle some flour in it
and tap away the excess.

Pour this into the
prepared tin and throw them in the oven.

the cake is cooked.

I made this last night and took only a few minutes for prep. I highly recommend this recipe. The cake is super soft.
Aarthi- your blog is one of the few things I check on a daily basis, I even get a bit irritated if you haven't posted anything :). But honestly from the many recipes I had tried from your blog none had failed so far. They were all really good. A very rare occurance especially for a food blog- goes to show how good your recipes are. (Although I do wish you would give cups in gram measurements too for some recipes 😛 )

    Hi Aarthi,
Can i use milk instead of soyamilk? In some cakes u use both baking powder and baking soda but in this cake u hve used only baking powder, is vinegar substituting baking soda?
