I love paneer,In my blog you can see many paneer recipes..But this is my favorite dish...But it is terribly easy to make..While frying the paneer try not to over fry them,if you do so the paneer will turn so rubbery..So just fry the paneer lightly...This dish can be finished within 15 min...I served this dish with coconut rice...So go ahead and try this dish and let me know what you think....
Garlic-6 cloves sliced
Ginger-1 inch piece chopped
Tomato Sauce-1 tblspn
Soya Sauce-2 tsp
Red chilli paste-1 tblspn
Paneer-1 packet cubed
Red colour-a pinch
Oil For deep frying + 1 tblspn
Spring onion for garnishing
Corn flour-1 tblspn
Salt to taste
Soya sauce-1 tsp
Mix the ingrediants given for the batter together with some water to make a smooth paste.Dip each paneer cubes in the batter and fry lightly.Remove that and set it aside.
Now in a kadai add oil and fry some garlic and ginger for 30 sec.Then add in onions,capsicum,tomatoes and fry for 2 min.Add in tomato sauce,soya sauce,vinegar,red chilli paste,salt,sugar,ajinomoto,red colour and mix well.
Now tip in the paneer cubes and toss well.
Garnish with spring onion and serve hot with any dish.
