Coriander Chutney / Teekha Chutney / Hari Chutney / Green Chutney / Cilantro Chutney – For Chat Items


Here I am with the main chutney recipe which you need for all chat items..This recipe clearly shows that I have so many chat items on store for you from now on..There is two  more chutney which you want for chat items, I will post that tomorrow..


 I made lots of delicious chat recipes and topped with this chutney and they all were delicious..From now on you can see the array of Mumbai street food recipes soon..


So here you go to the recipe for today.

Ingrediants:

Coriander Leaves / Cilantro – 3 cups packed
Ginger – 1 tblspn chopped
Green Chilli -2
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice – 4 tblspn
Water as needed

Method:

Take everything in a blender and make into a fine paste..

Store it in a air tight container in a freezer upto a month.

Pictorial:
Take all your ingrediants
take coriander and ginger in a blender
add green chilli to it

season with salt

add lemon juice

and some water
all done...now whiz it up

to a fine puree

Serve with any of your chat items

Yum right
