Mint Chutney Recipe for Tandoori Dishes / Pudhina Chutney Recipe

This is the chutney which i was talking about in my tandoori chicken...I already have two version of mint chutney..A mint chutney which i have with my dosa or idli and a mint chutney which i have with my chat. This chutney is a little different one, it has some yogurt added to it which makes it creamy and just like a dipping sauce..

I hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turned out for you..

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Serves : 5 to 6

Coriander Leaves / Cilantro - 1 cup chopped
Mint Leaves - 1 cup
Green Chilli - 2 to 3
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tblspn
Curd / Yogurt - 3 tblspn

Take all the ingredients in a blender and make it into a fine puree.

Pour into serving bowls and serve with tandoori foods..

Take a bunch of coriander leaves in a blender

add in a bunch of mint leaves

Add in green chillies and garlic

add in salt and sugar

Add in curd / yogurt

My small lens was repair, so i was using my big lens...
So couldn't hold lemon juice in my hand...
so for picture purpose i took like this..
Puree it

Serve with any tandoori food..

  2. Is that ok if I only add cilantro leaves?

  3. @AnonymousYou could make, but the real flavour and taste comes from mint
