10 Min Paneer Curry Recipe – Paneer Gravy in a Jiffy

This is a recipe which i made for a quick dinner fix. One night i was so tired and cant even think about making dinner. I remembered that i had some readymade chapati in the fridge, so i just have to make some quick gravy to go with it. I had a packet of paneer which was nearing its expiry date, so i decided to use that and make this curry. I didn’t add any onions, ginger or garlic in this. The main flavour comes from the spices and the amount of coriander leaves which you add in the end. So easy and so yummy.
