    10 Minute Paneer Curry

This is a recipe which i made for a quick dinner fix. One night i was so tired and can't even think about making dinner. I remembered that i had some readymade chapati in the fridge. So i just have to make some quick gravy to go with it. I had a packet of paneer which was nearing its expiry date. So i decided to use that and make this curry. I didn't add any onions, ginger or garlic in this. The main flavour comes from the spices and the amount of coriander leaves which you add in the end. So easy and so yummy.

Paneer is often credited to Persian and Afghan monarchs who introduced it to North India in the 16th century, where it was produced with either goat or sheep rennet. The word paneer stems from the Turkish and Persian words peynir, which simply
means cheese. Paneer Gravy is a creamy and mildly sweet gravy made with tomatoes, cashews, spices and paneer

    Ingredients for Paneer curry recipe:

Chilli Powder : Adds heat and flavor to recipes. You can make your own chili powder at home, but buying a packet of a great blend is a good shortcut. it packs a lot of flavor.

Turmeric Powder: Turmeric powder is a bright yellow spice powder made from dried turmeric rhizomes. While its slightly peppery and warm flavour

Coriander Leaves  : The pungent roots of the coriander plant are used to add depth of flavor to recipe.

Garam Masala Powder : Warmth, sweetness, floral aromas, and a hint of spice from the black pepper are all added by garam masala. Its meant to be both a fragrant and savoury spice.

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
