One of my viewer named Meenu bhardwaj requested this recipe..This was sitting in my drafts for more that 3 months, Today is the great day of unveiling this awesome recipe…Chilli potatoes are my all time favorite..I often make the dry version, which I will post very soon….You can cut potatoes in any way as you like, but I like mine cut into french fries shape to make it look fancier..You can enjoy this with fried rice or any thing..

I hope you will love this for sure and let me know what you think..
Ingrediants:
Potato – 5 peeled and sliced lengthwise
Onion – 1 chopped finely
Ginger- 1 tblspn minced
Garlic – 1 tblspn minced
Soy Sauce – 1 tblspn
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tblspn
Chilli powder – 2 tsp or to taste
Salt to taste
Sugar – 1 tsp
Ajinomoto – 1 tsp or to taste(optional)
Cornflour – 2 tsp mixed with some water
Oil – 1 tblspn + for deep frying
Method:
Start by deep frying potatoes till they turn golden. Drain and set aside.
Now make the sauce. Heat oil in a kadai. Add ginger and garlic and saute for a min.
Add onions and mix well. Add in chili powder, salt, sugar, ajinomoto and mix well.
Add in soy sauce, tomato ketchup and water and bring this to boil.
Add in fried potatoes and mix well. Add in cornflour water and mix well till they turn thick.
Serve with fried rice..
Pictorial:
