Maha is much better now, i am feeling somewhat relieved. She is playing as normal, but a little diarrhea and vomiting is still there, since it has reduced much i am happy. I think we will be going home today, but doctors has told to continue her antibiotics for two more days. I think she will be back to normal in a couple of days. Her birthday party is on coming monday, so i hope her to get better before that..And thanks for all your mails and comments for her speedy recovery, these mails and comments gives me more strength.

Now coming to this recipe, this is one drink which i made a week back, it was raining heavily that time and i wanted something hot to drink, the first think which came to my mind is this one…The main thing about hot chocolate is, you have to use good quality dark chocolate for this and I loved the mild flavour of cinnamon coming through the drink, it was very pleasant. If you dont like cinnamon you can skip it completely. I have another version of hot chocolate recipe too in this blog, i call it as hot cocoa, but i love the simplicity of this one..If you want a boozy hot chocolate, you could add a splash of rum or brandy in this..
Give this a try and let me know how it turned out for you..

Cooking Time : 5 mins
Serves : 1

Ingredients:

Full Fat Milk – 1 cup
Dark Chocolate Chips – 3 tblspn (Use good quality, you could use chocolate bar too)
Honey or Sugar – to taste
Cinnamon Powder – 1/4 tsp
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp

Method:

Take milk in a sauce pan and heat it up. Once it starts to boil, simmer the flame and add in chocolate. Mix well so it melts.

Add in cinnamon, honey and vanilla. Mix well.

Pour in glass and serve hot.
