    Ingredients
      

    • Oil - 3 tblsp
    • Garlic - 6 cloves
    • Dry Red Chillies - 6
    • Tomato - 2 chopped
    • Fresh Basil a handful
    • Tamarind a small piece
    • Salt to taste

    Instructions
     

    • Heat oil, fry chillies and garlic till brown.
    • Add tomatoes and cook till it gets mushy.
    • Add in tamarind, salt and mix well.
    • Add in basil and mix well.
    • Cool this and grind to a paste.
    • Serve with idli or chutney.
