Tomato Basil Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
- Oil - 3 tblsp
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Dry Red Chillies - 6
- Tomato - 2 chopped
- Fresh Basil a handful
- Tamarind a small piece
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil, fry chillies and garlic till brown.
- Add tomatoes and cook till it gets mushy.
- Add in tamarind, salt and mix well.
- Add in basil and mix well.
- Cool this and grind to a paste.
- Serve with idli or chutney.
