    Double Mango Pudding Recipe with Step by Step Pictures.

    Double mango pudding recipe taste simply delicious and is super easy to make. This pudding has two layer. Really yummy mango pudding and a delicious coconut milk mango layer.

    Ingredients
      

    FOR MANGO LAYER:

    • China grass - 5 grams
    • Water - 1 cup
    • Mango Puree - 1.5 cups
    • Sugar - ½ cup

    FOR COCONUT MILK LAYER:

    • China grass - 5 grams
    • Water - ½ cup
    • Mango Puree - 1 cup
    • Coconut Milk - 1 cup
    • Sugar - ½ cup

    Instructions
     

    • Soak china grass in water for 10 mins. Take it in a sauce pan and melt it gently.
    • Now add in sugar and mix well.
    • Add in mango puree and whisk well.
    • Now pour this mixture into the pan and leave to set in freezer for 10 mins.
    • Soak china grass in water for 10 mins. Take it in a sauce pan and melt it gently.
    • Now add in sugar and mix well.
    • Add in mango puree and whisk well.
    • Add in coconut milk and mix well.
    • Pour this over the set mango layer. Leave to set in fridge for few hours.
    • Slice and serve.

    17)Take it off the heat and add coconut milk
