This have become one of my favorite chutney..I love this chutney so much, I have a container of it stored in my freezer always..If you are a garlic lover like me, then I am telling you that please try this..It has a spicy, tangy, garlicky flavour to it which makes it perfect..
I hope you love it and let me know what you think..
Ingrediants:
Garlic – 10 cloves
Dessicated Coconut / Dry Coconut / Koparai – ½ cup
Chilli Powder -2 tblspn
Coriander Powder / Malli Podi -1 tsp
Tamarind paste – 2 tsp
Oil-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Take everything in a blender and blend it coarsely.
Remove this and store it in a air tight container..You can use this as a sidedish for idlis, dosas and many more..
Keep it in the freezer for more than a month.
Pictorial:
Take all your ingrediants
First add garlic into a blender

chilli & coriander powder
add some salt
and drizzle some oil
now this is ready to blend
beautifully blended
Serve
This taste great with dosa or idlis too..
