We call this chutney kothu chutney / nunukal / thengai kothu in my house. This is one of the delicious chutney, you have to make this super spicy and garlicky. And drizzle some gingelly oil or coconut oil over it and enjoy with thick dosa. Super yum.

Ingredients
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Dry Red Chilli - 4 to 6
- Salt to taste
- Coconut Oil - 1 tblsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- Take everything in a blender except coconut oil and mustard. Pulse few times so it is coarse.
- Take it in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and let it sizzle. Pour over chutney. Mix well.
- Serve

1)Take coconut in a blender
2)Add in peeled garlic cloves
3)Add in dry red chilli
4)Add salt to taste
5)Make it into a coarse mix. Dont add water while grinding.
6)Take it in a bowl
7)Heat coconut oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let it splatter. Pour this over chutney and mix well.
8)Mix well
9)Serve
